Gary’s professional experience started (and continues) as the Founder of American Nuts LLC, a processor of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. For 32 years, Gary helped grow American Nuts into an industry leader, serving as the Founder and CEO. Today, he maintains a role on the board of directors while focusing his ambitions on the Garvi Group.
Gary found his passion for real-estate in 2004, after beginning his first ground-up development project. For the past 15 years, Gary has shifted his efforts into real estate investment and development, focusing on growing the GARVI portfolio and platform.
Gary holds beneficial community growth as a core value of all his work. With a lifelong passion for humanitarian outreach and charity work, Gary utilizes the GARVI group to invest in both his own community and the world-at-large.
Gary resides in Glendale, California, where he enjoys spending time with his family. By residing in the area where GARVI operates, Garry is able to see firsthand the progress that his investments create.

Joe Perdenza draws from his 27-years of business & commercial banking career where he worked with a diverse group of business owners and real estate investors. Personally experienced in residential investment and development -- as well as property/HOA management -- Joe is passionate about the GARVI real estate portfolio. He brings this passion to the GARVI group’s development projects to serve our tenants, our clients, and our community.
Educated in the Midwest with a degree in Finance from Roosevelt University, Joe began his career in Chicago, where he gained an appreciation for the intersection of architecture, design, and real estate.
Joe resides in Woodland Hills, CA with his wife Kara and their two children. He is actively involved with school & community activities, serving as a Board member to several local non-profit organizations. Joe enjoys home projects and gardening in his spare time.

Koko Eshgian has spent his entire career in the consumer and commercial foods industries. As a director of research, Koko developed products for a wide variety of industry-leading, multinational brands. Many of these innovative products went on to become top-selling items on retailers’ shelves.
After helping his family find and purchase their dream home in 2008, Koko discovered his passion for real estate. Since then, he has moved into a chief role alongside his father at the Garvi Group.
Today, Koko continues his industry education in the UCLA Real Estate Development program. In his spare time, he enjoys film, literature, and spending time with his French bulldog, Louis.
